In order to ensure the professionalism, fairness, and international standards of the refereeing, the Heyfield Cup is now openly recruiting qualified football referees worldwide. We sincerely invite referees who are committed to promoting the development of youth football to join us and jointly uphold the professional quality and sportsmanship of this international youth football event.
1. Recruitment positions
Judges (105)
2. Qualification requirements
- Holding FIFA, AFC, or national football association
Valid referee certificate issued (level two or above)
- More than three years of youth or adult competition refereeing experience
-Age between 25 and 50 years old, good health
-Able to communicate in Chinese/English for basic competitions preferred
-No major refereeing errors or bad faith records
3. Job responsibilities
- Strictly abide by the rules of the competition and the professional ethics of referees
-Participate in the pre-match referee training, rule interpretation, and physical fitness test
-Complete the assigned refereeing tasks fairly and accurately
-Participate in post-match debriefing and technical exchange meetings
- Assist the event organizing committee in maintaining order and discipline at the venue
4.Registration application
Application period: From now until X month X, 2026
Application method: Log in to the official website of the event referee registration page, fill in the application form and upload relevant materials
5. Screening and training process
-Preliminary qualification review: Complete within 10 working days after the registration deadline
-Online evaluation: Those who pass the preliminary review will participate in the rule written test and case video analysis.
- Interview: Online interview in Chinese/English to assess on-site judgment and communication skills
-Employment Notice:
2026 Official electronic employment letters will be issued before X month X.
-Pre-competition training: Report 2 days before the start of the event and participate in the unified training, including:
- Unified interpretation of the rules of the competition
- Juvenile competition refereeing points
- Physical fitness test and simulation refereeing
- Professional ethics and conduct training
