I. Cafeteria: First floor accommodates 480 people, second floor accommodates 360 people. Dining takes place simultaneously.
II. Dormitory: Two residential buildings with a capacity of 1,700 students. All rooms are 4-person rooms equipped with private bathrooms, shower facilities, balconies for drying clothes, and lockers. The balconies are open-style with protective nets. Each floor has 34-36 rooms. Beds are 1.8-1.9 meters, 2-meter beds without bedding provided. Additionally, 200 teachers will be accommodated in the Yingren Apartments (family rooms with twin beds, rooms with balconies and triple rooms without balconies), located on floors 2-7. Full bedding provision is not guaranteed. The main building features a high-ceilinged first floor with bathrooms, cafeteria, and laundry facilities (separated by gender). Second floor contains classrooms. Floors 3 and above are dormitory areas.
III. Auditorium: The third-floor auditorium is equipped with LED display and can accommodate 300 people.
IV. Gymnasium: Two basketball courts, six badminton courts, with retractable bleachers. Seating capacity: 17 seats × 8 levels × 4 sections = 544, plus 17 × 4 + 6 on the top row = 618 people total.

Haikou Mission Hills Chinese Overseas School is a twelve-year comprehensive school (kindergarten operates as a separate entity) integrating elementary, middle, and high school education, founded by the Mission Hills Group with headquarters in Hong Kong. The school is situated in the beautiful Haikou Mission Hills Tourism Resort, surrounded by a beautiful environment and a rich academic atmosphere, adjacent to the Mission Hills Campus of Hainan University. The school currently has two campuses: the Central Park Campus (elementary and middle school departments) and the New City Campus (high school department). The two campuses cover a total area of 105 mu (approximately 7 hectares). As of the fall semester of 2025, the elementary, middle, and high schools together have over 4,000 enrolled students and more than 250 full-time teachers.
